RUN SESSIONS

 

 

  •  Mondays: warm up from 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start and finish at 8.15pm

 

Coached session on the running track at David Weir Leisure Centre, held with Collingwood Athletics Club. Sessions typically consist of a brief explanation of the session followed by a group warmup involving dynamic exercises and drills, followed by interval training.
